I joined the BC Community: January 7, 2009
Early Morning of December 17, 2012 - Many tears were shed once made known Emilian made his cross over the rainbow bridge. It was a very emotional day for me thinking that Sunday night was the last time I would see his bright, handsome self chirp away the night. He will be greatly missed as he has been with us for 9 years.
I will never forget the happy moments I'd open his cage and laugh at his silly dance moves and cute puffed up feathers. He always looked as if he was laughing once to rose his crest once I laughed. When I'd open his cage and try to hide around a corner, a beat would pass and there he comes peaking around the corner with his crest up...laughing. I will never forget him! For he was my very best friend and I will miss him SO much. RIP my sweet baby boy. †

My friend got her first bird that died a few years later, and told me how great it was to have a feathery friend by her side. So, I kept on asking my parents, sending the emails, and trying my best to tell them how much I wanted a bird/parakeet. Everytime we went to the pet store to get food for my Border-Collie Sasha, I would always go over to the parakeet section. Everytime I looked, Emilian would always look at me, and get a little bit closer to the window. Then my birthday came up and my family had surprised me with a bird cage. That night I went to Petco, and Emilian was beak close to the window to were I was standing. I looked down and said..."That One." He has been a very good bird, he is sweet, amazing, loving, and whenever you make a kiss sound he puffs his "crest" up and puts his beak to your cheak. I knew I picked the right bird ever since that day.... |

 I don't like water so much.
 She is very loving, and will do anything to protect me.
 He has wood perches, so he bits at them, he's already broke one....
 We (Navi and I) LOVE the BC Community!

Feelin better, I am vertical again. It is hard to find good medicine. I guess some things just have to run their course. Still have the headache and feeling congested, but I am up :)

Dear Flockily of Emilian
Chirps, Spot, and I (mama Rea) were very sad to hear that Emilian flew to the Rainbow Birdge. We have prayed and shed tears for you, mama Erin, and his big frother Navajoe. We ask God to comfort you and remind you of all the joy he brought to you. Our fister, Angel Bertie, will take good care of little Emilian and will help to introduce him around. All of the BC angels will be there to greet him and wrap their angel wings around him. We know he is there with the Lord (no better place to be!) because it says in His Word, 'The life comes back to me. I require it!'
Our thoughts and prayers will be with you all, his loss here will be felt by thousands of his BC friends.

Hi there Emilian
My name is Ms Big Baby. I run a couple pages here on BC. Maby you have heard of them. The Kissing booth is the most used one.
I am flying around BC trying to sign up birds for the Kissing Booth. Would you or one of your flock be intersested in biing in the KB. It is a 2 week time period that starts on Mondays around noon.
Stop by the booth sometime and see what goes on. I see some of the birds I know are mutulal friends. They come by the booth all the kime to get kisses and hugs and make up activies at the booth.

COWBOY & TRIGGER: A TALE OF TWO:
March 2011 be brought Trigger to our house for the weekend. Little Cowboy enjoyed having Trigger home, so we never took Trigger back to the farm to live. During the winter months, Cowboy took care of Trigger while Trigger learned that Cowboy was his boy, and Cowboy began learning to ride Trigger. (you know, the way he likes to be handled and not handled. We are still working on that one.) Things were looking GOOD for Cowboy and Trigger!
