Montana was a surprise actually, and we have NO idea who his parents are. I bought a bag of Skittles [thus his name] for easter and left them on the table in a nest of grass I was later going to put in my daughters easter basket later on. Well his parents liked the easter grass and laid the egg in it. It sat there for over a week before I moved the stuff to make up her basket and put it away for easter. Needless to say I had no idea whose it was or even if it was fertile but on a whip I stuck it in the incubater none the less. And so 3 weeks later out comes a ball of white fluff. Because I do not know which pair is his parents I have decided to keep him, rather than sell him as an unknown. Besides he is so darling and sweet I could never part with him.. Awards

Hi! My name is Montana

I am a Cockatiel from Lewiston, ME.

kitty, skitz, and spaz

6 years old   M

apple and peanut butter

With mommy and only with mommy

Montana does not like being left out and moves to the "head of the flock" and challenges him even at such a young age.

she lets me stay up late and sit in her lap while she types and does her work

He loves to climb to the ceiling of his cage and hang upsidedown to eat his millet and apple slices..

  Hello Skittles
Welcome to BC! You have a beautiful flock.

You are so cute. I love the story of how you were found. So glad that you were saved!

I like to hang upside down in my cage sometimes too. Mom says I'm not a bat, but I like to do it, so I do.

Have a great day and fly by to visit anytime.

Come visit me, Tobey luvs Gracie.
