The local bird store, someone broght him in to board and never came back to get him. I am sort of a friend of the store, as I spend time in there, I like talking to some of the birds that are not for sale. When I heard about this little guy's story, and then worked with him, I had adopt him. He was so nice and did not deserve being left somewhere..

Active within 942 Days Hi! My name is Gracer Sir I am a Budgerigar from Reston, VA. Buddy, it was one of the first things he said, "Hey Buddy!!" That and "dirty bird". 8 years old M Budgerigar Honey Cakes, Celery, and he would kill for broccoli He never saw a mirror he did not love. He likes to sit on the LCD of laptop and watch and work on his vocabulary. He does not like being ignored, if he lands near you and you do not talk to him or do not get his hint / read his mind he rings his bell looks at you and screams then rings his bell or goes over to what is missing. This is funny when he does it when I am not on the phone... My humans are funny; they love me as much as I love them because they make me toys. I get something new changed once a month and they include me in conversations so we talk as a flock. He likes to land on laptop LCD's and watch wife and I. He also likes to interject noises into conversations that we have, that make us stop and laugh. He is likes to shake his booty when he dances in the shower with me. I am disabled and on bad days when I am sleeping he hangs out on a perch over me, and will not leave, like he is watching over me.. What 'cha Doing??.
