Hi! My name is Chester
I am a Congo African Grey from fort worth, TX.
Chet, Chedder, "Turkey Bird"
19 years old M
Congo African Grey
fresh fruit especially grapes Walnuts
I love my Swing..! On mom's shoulder :)
I did not like new toys much, they scared me, I remember some silver bowl that hung around my cage till I realized hey there is food in it.
I was lucky for my family loved me, and I at times was so demanding. I got a lot of out time, and learned to talk much, I sounded like my Dad, Bill most, Mom, Ginnie she handled me most. Angela my sister left she would sing to me and make me special bird treats.
I would tap my bowl in the cage it would make nose. When it was time to get of my day perch I could let out such a screech that I got noticed!.
Hang loose Chester passed away March 25, 2010..forever in our hearts our home forever quiet..

In memory or our Chester (Congo African Gray) Our Family wanted to share our Chester with you, he lived a full and interesting(I dare say entertaining) life with us..from boarding in Hawaii and coming to Texas. We will forever miss our son Chester. He was a family member and we engaged him with our daily activities as he did with himself. What a sharp guy he was..he showed us the importance of living life daily, dumping stress and most importantly the importance of how he depended on us daily EVEN though he would strive to be TOP BIRD he learned the patience we taught him..and he taught us... I smile for this is so true. rest well our Son.Come visit me, Chester & Meisi.
