What kind of conure is Buttons?
I was excited to see this picture because I have two conures just like Buttons and Sassy. Jocko is a Jenday and Murphy - WHO LOOKS JUST LIKE BUTTONS - I have never been able to figure out! Do you know what kind of conure Buttons is? Because he is obviously the same kind as my Murphy, and I have never been able to figure out what she is!Come visit me, Jocko.

For the comment about Magic. I'm so sorry about your amazon. I miss Magic so much but my new lovebird helps me feel better when she isn't biting me. I made her a profile so come and see it when you can! Oh and sorry for the bale of hay instead of a picture of Magic. I didn't have the pictures downloaded, so I had to wait. But now, I have lots of pictures of him!

THE VIDEO WAS GREAT!
THE THREE WILL BE MOVING IN TOGETHER?!? AND YOU HAVE MORE IN YOUR FLOCK! I DIDN'T KNOW. ADVICE WHEN THE PAGES ARE UP. HOW MANY DOGS AND CATS DO YOU LIVE WITH? WE ARE 9 IN OUR FLOCK AND LIVE WITH 7 DOGS AND 1 CAT.

I HAVE GREAT NEWS ABOUT SASHA. I'LL JUST QUOTE MOM:
I am home and doing great!!! Mom still getting over the exhaustive worry. I actually feel much better and I must say so myself ... I am looking better too. No longer a ballon with feet HEHEHE. Mom and I snuggled quite a bit last night after I arrived home. I think we both slept for a while as Dad had to wake us both up for bed time.
OMG ... Mom saw all the responses and just had to sit down and cry. We so appreciate everybirdies thoughts and prayers. Mom put a before and after pic on my site (very bottom) so all can see the change.
We are praying I won't have to do that again. Vet made what he calls an "Air Sac Fistula" and burned the skin around it to keep it from healing too fast, which will hopefully allow time for rupture to heal. It's a little ouchy and I suspect will get itchy but mom prepared. As she was waiting for me to come out of surgery I swear she bought every bird toy in the county HEHEHE. I am going to make use of every on of them!!
Mom was well prepared with info before surgery and Vet was wonderful if not a little too informative hehee.
Vet was a little concerned about linning of sacs though cause they were thicker than should be. We suspect this is inflamation from an extended event. Mom thinks I have had this for 3-4 months and feels bad cause she didn't really understand/notice the problem until I went in for a grooming and they told her something
"wasn't right". As soon as she heard this though she was very proactive with getting me taken care of.
Mom and I want to again thank EVERYBIRDIE who responded with a resounding Bless You.
I will try to stop by all who responded though and meet them and say hi.
