Oh sweetpea, I have a story to tell you. When I was a baby my human mom hand fed me a little improperly and it made my mouth not line up properly. We have to go to the vet every 2 months and the nice man trims my mandible for me so it lines up nice and pretty and I can eat without discomfort. It was a little scarry the first few times but now I am old pro at getting out of my cage and being held to have my beak trimmed. But one time, I was sitting on moms shoulder and started to slip off so I reached up to grab hold of something... anything.......I thought it was her hair but it was actually her EAR !! I put a hole clean thru the top of her ear !! Just like a piercing. She was NOT happy !! She knows I was scared and did not do it on purpose. She still loves me..... Come visit me, Berty.

Welcome to the BC. What a lovely story and lovely bird. You look gorgeous with those wings spread all out. I am a mini macaw who is extremely talented. I put on a show everytime I have my checkup at the vets. I sing, dance, talk and show off to everyone. Us little guys pack a powerful wallop as I am certain your mom knows all about. Hope you have a wonderful stay here and meet tons of new friends. Birdy hugs and kisses.
