Jazzy came from a house that used to do drugs and give her alchol, so she knows that it is a bad thing. You look like you are doing great!! I love Happy Endings I am very partial to Goffins especially with happy endings. Mine was a rescue as well with jaundice, but now she is healthy. I've had her for 5 years now. She is 26 yo. Hi Star So glad to hear you are in a wonderful home now. I too was passed around until my mom found me. Right now she is trying to deal with my feather plucking issues. I have the dreaded e-collar on at this moment! Mom tries to reassure me and tell me I'm so important that I get to wear a "bullet proof vest"...but I know it's still an e-collar! Hello Star. I too was in a house filled with smoke before my mom rescued me. Boy was it nice to get out of there. Haha I hate it when the dogs wrestle too, I also hate baths. Sounds like our mom's are going through almost the same thing. I scream all the time too. My mom's only had me for almost 6 months though. I dont go on my moms shoulder though cause I sometimes bite her when I'm on there. I will go on her hand though. No one else though. Well welcome to the channel. Gave you a vote. My mom and dad are looking into getting a cockatoo. They are leaning towards the umbrella, but the lady that breeds them also breeds Goffins, and they sure are some characters. you are a star, hi from yakima washington, we have passed through you're town many times. star is so pretty if you put yakima in the search section you will pop up all our birds, the only ones that are not ours is our friend's cockatoo elliot and another bird we don't know personally. you say star does not like water. we take our birds in the shower with us. the first time i bathed my baby white capped pionus i took him in the shower with my back to the water. then each time i would let him get just a little water on him now he loves it.
