A Sugar Newsletter~~~
Dad and brother both have colds so mom has had to take care of everything today. She's been up for 21 hours now so I'm dictating a newsletter so that I will have time to say hi to everybirdie! Dad and brother will be fine after they've spent the day sleeping.
It was a beautiful afternoon and I enjoyed watching some kids swim in the pool across the complex. I didn't even yell too much!
Mom went to petsmart to get some food for me and while she was there she was playing with an adorable green-cheek conure. I keep telling her to stay away from the cages, but no! She has to go and visit all the animals in the store!
I do this thing where I put one wing partially out and stick my leg back. Mom looked it up and it is suppose to be some kind of greeting. Well, wouldn't you know it, this little conure did that for mom! I'm just glad she had the strength to wave goodbye and walk away! It always makes me nervous when that woman goes to petsmart!!
She told me about a blue finch they had. Sounds interesting. I didn't even know that finches came in blue! She said it was called a Cordon Blu finch and it was absolutely gorgeous! No more trips to Petsmart for mom!LOL

Glad to hear you had a good 4th! It was very noisy here and very smokey outside. Good thing it is not very warm cause mom had to keep the window closed. The people across the street from us went on for hours and hours. Mom said they must have spent a fortune on fireworks!
Nothing exciting going on today. My play cage got moved and I'm not really happy about that. I don't like things to change so it's going to take some time to get use to it. I do have a better view out the window now. Mom says it will be good for the summer but when the autumn comes it's going to have to be moved away from the window! I suppose I'll just be getting use to it where it is and she'll move it again! I really do prefer for things to stay the same!

Hi Guys~
How is everything going? I'm doing absolutely nothing at the moment! I've had some snacks and I've been talking to mom but right about now, I'm thinking it might be a good time to take a nap!
Mom has to run sister to work in a few minutes so I usually take a snooze while she's gone. It's only about 15 minutes but it makes me feel refreshed and I'm ready for more screaming and toy playing by the time she gets back!
I've got sunshine today and I'm going to have it for 4 straight days! It's been a while since that happened. It always makes me laugh to hear how the weather guys go on and on about records up here. I must say that I feel quite blessed to live in a place where the sunshine is the big news of the day. When I see some of the other places in the world having bad times, I'm glad I live in a town that CNN does not cover!LOL

It's me again.....
How ya doin'? things here in HOT florida are fine. It's been up in the 90's, and not really sure I like it that hot. I get ot go out in the flight room, but when it gets to hot, it's back inside where it's cool. I get several hours a day out side, and I love it. See ya soon. Hi ya Guys~~
How ya doing? Did it get cold at your house? We heard that Florida got really cold! You don't ususally get really cold temps so it must be hard on you! We get freezing temps all the time in the winter, so we are use to it. We are just glad the snow is gone and we are back to the rain. Mom says it's much easier to drive in!
I've been busy climbing down the sides of my playstands! Mom keeps scooping me up and putting me back on top and I just climb down the minute she turns her back!! Dad says he is going to fix it so I can't do it. I said I will figure out a way to get around that fix!LOL
We have a cat and a dog, so I'm not allowed to run around out in the living room. I do get to run around the bedroom, but the living room is so much more interesting! So many things I could chew up!!
I hope you are both well and happy! Are you getting excited about Christmas yet?? Did your family put one of those tree thingys up?? I like all the shiny stuff. I like the cards too. I wanted to chew them up, but mom says they are just to look at!

Haven't chatted with your for a while, so I stopping by to say hello and see how things are going!
Your avatar is wonderful!!
So, how was your Thanksgiving? Ours was nuts cause the dog and the cat temed up to eat a pan of corn bread and they both got sick! The best eating day of the year and those 2 had nothing but cottage cheese. Not too smart of them.
We had some snow and ice for a week, but it went away and now it's just cold. The rain is suppose to come back this weekend, so it will warm up some.
I finally got on my new playstand and have been playing on it for a while each day. I still like the old one better cause it has more room!
