A Newsletter from Sugar~~
I hope your day is going just great! It's very pretty here and they are getting ready to open the pool in the complex. It's only 58 and the wind is blowing like crazy so I don't think anyone is going to go swimming today but it looks really pretty.
Dad went to pick up some fancy machine he got to record music on the computer so I know I have to get a note out quickly because when he gets back, I'll have to share my computer with him!
Today is a special day at my house! It is the anniversary of the day Mandy, George, Gracie and I came to live with mom! It seems like we have been here forever! I've known mom most of my life but up until 4 years ago I only stayed with her for a week or two at a time. Now I get to live here all the time and have her see to my every whim! It has worked out great and I can honestly say that Mandy, the turtles and I are very happy. Every animal should own a human like mom!LOL
Enjoy the day and I hope everybird and their families have a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!!

How are you today? I hope everything is just wonderful. I hope my pretty weather is extending all the way up to BC!
I haven't been getting out too many note for the last few weeks. Mom got busy and then sister hurt her leg. Mom had to take her to the ER. She is on a pain killer and has this stinky stuff to rub on her leg. She went to work the next day~~she works at a daycare~~but she was in so much pain that she called mom to come get her. She's been staying off it and doing what the doctor told her and now it's finally getting better. When she uses the stinky stuff I have to stay in the bedroom until the smells goes away. Mom doesn't want to take any chances that it would hurt me. She doesn't allow any stinky stuff in the house!
I hope you are all doing well.

How is your day going?? I'm doing pretty well. It's nice here today but still too cool to open the window! I like looking out anyway!
I've been snacking and supervising some chores! I am very good at supervising and I like to offer my opinion to help mom out! She really appreciates it!!
Thank you for sending me your hatchday list! It has all been added to the calendar page.
Not much else going on around here. It's already our weekend since mom works nights so we have the usual cleaning stuff to get done. There is a big mess in the dining room cause dad lost the Amazon gift card mom gave him for Christmas so he threw a lot of stuff on the table while he was looking for it! Mom found it in the Christmas box still inside his stocking!! What a silly guy my dad is!hehehehehehehehe
I hope you enjoy your day and have lots of fun!

Jade celebrates her 5th birthday March 17, 2012. I love you sweet sweet Ah Bah... you are still missing but I know you are still out there. I pray that you come home soon...we miss you sooo sooo much and Penny is not the same without you. She misses you very much. I see your favourite Teddy Bear on the shelf without you on it, and it seems so empty.

Have you seen our little maroon bellied conure?
Unfortunately Jade "Ah Bah" has been missing since December 21, 2011. We do not even know how she disappeared, as we noticed she was gone within 5 minutes. A neighborhood friend says she saw her fly on someone and that person took off.
Anyways we are very sad that we are missing our Sweet baby.
We've put up tons of posters, had neighborhood kids on the watch, we've posted flyers all over the place, placed ads in Kijiji and Craiglists. We live near Vancouver BC so we have also contacted local veterinarians (especially Avian vets) and the local parrot rescue Greyhaven, along with the SPCA.
Just keeping the word out, we're not giving up until our baby is safe at home!
We love you Ah Bah. Please come home soon!Come visit me, JADE, ANNA BONANA, PENNY, REX T & KC ROUGE.
