I'd like to take this opportunity to THANKS everybirdie
that stopped by to visit and vote for me. I never knew
I had so many great FRIENDS. It's a GREAT HONOR
and I am so EGGcited that I was given the chance to run
for BIRD OF THE MONTH.
A BIG and Wonderful Good Morning....

Without the help of Everybirdie that voted for me, I
never would have made it to the Castle. I know that
QUEEN Peatree left the Castle clean and made sure all
was in order for my arrival. I have heard that the
Royal CAG guards can be a little rowdy, so they have
to be replaced with some Sweet Lady Caique's to make
my stay comfortable. I know they won't empty the Royal
Liquor cabinet. hee hee.

I had a good time bring you some laughs, and a lot of
useful information that I hope you found Interesting. I
had my typist doing much research for some the things
that I sent to all of you. Without the help of pops,
this could not have been possible. It was a lot of work, but we enjoyed every day of it to the fullest.

Again let me THANK everybirdie for all the daily visits and their support. It was a fun experience, and I really had a great time.

I am actually on your side about not clipping your birds wings - Spirit has not has his wings clipped since when I first got him, and then it had been the store that I bought him from that had his wings clipped. He loves to fly around the bathroom when I let him out. If I had my birds wings clipped, then I would be afraid of them falling off from things!

How exactly did Jade get out? Through an open door, or window? If it was a window, then there are easy solutions to make sure that that does not happen again - just use a screen. And if it was a door, then the only suggestion that I have is to maybe not let your birds have the run of the house - maybe get doors for some doorways, so that the birds are only allowed in certain rooms, that do not have a door leading to the outside.

Have you put posters around your town? Asked to put posters in local stores, and pet stores? You could also have your friends ask their friends if they have seen a bird that looks like Jade.

I wish you all the luck in the world that you find your little girl! I am also praying that she is alright, that God takes care of her and helps her to find her way home, and that you are comforted in this stressful time! Keep me posted, let me know if there are any signs that Jade is around.

Remember ~ Never give up! I have two friends here on BC who have both lost a bird before - and both of them found their bird again! Jivu (a quaker) is one of the birds [he lives in Australa] and Bertie (a tiel) is the other bird [she's in NY].

Hello Penny~
How is your day going? I'm having fun just hanging out with mom and watching her clean stuff up. I'm hoping I get to go run around the bed later! I love running on the bed. Mom makes me a little cave out of the quilt and I run in and out of it. Then I chase mom's hand under the quilt and bite it when I can catch it! It's lots of fun. I rally would like to get down on the floor but I'm only allowed to do that in certain places. I have my very own rug under my play cage so I'm allowed to play under there sometime. When I get on the floor I usually want to go bite the dog so that is why I'm limited to under the cage~~well computer cords too. I would really love to get my beak on those!
