 I went to PetsMart, and was talking to CoCo. He had been there a year. "He's a'biter' and nobody wants him", I was told. Even the staff wouldn't handle him. They were going to send him back to the commercial breeder they got him from and who knows what would happen. So, here he is, part of our flock. He had been in a cage for his entire 14 mo's - yeah he was scared. And he was only handled with a big ole glove if at all - that was scary. I got him for almost nothing, and he's my boy!. |

UPDATE
Last night, on my 3rd day in my forever home, Mommy worked with me and I stepped up on her arm and she walked back through the house, then I stepped off nicely onto the branch. She was so excited - let's see if I can do it again today!Come visit me, Spike, CoCo, Peanut, Paco, Peanut, Shrek & Mia.

Another Nanday!!! Hooray!!!!
Hi there and welcome to the BC! My name is Raven and I'm a Nanday too! Hooray! So happy you have a new home and didn't have to get sent back (to where ever that may have been!). I'm a petsmart Nanday too. We have so much in common because I liked to bite at first as well but mom and I are great friends now!
