This morning was a big surprise, seeing my frother has been asking for votes for me, knowing I cannot outvote any other birds and I really want to get up to 5000 before March which is when I got BOTM, and then I have to step back so as not to over vote any other birds because that would not be right of me. Speidning the day at the castle today was greyt - I even got to go for a ride on George with Zak, and spend time with my favorite friends Lizzie and Kaji and there are so many I could write a book. I think mom enjoyed a day with two birds less two because she had a rough week of it. Two birds had come back to her that she adopted out in the past two years and she was upset, and now, one is in foster care but the other... she will be looking for a new home once the blood work is back. iN the meantime, Zak has another bandage, and will until the wound is completely closed up. mom is seriously thinking of buying shares at the clinic - it may pay off in the end. LOL Thank you for coming by to congratulate me, and if you can, keep coming by to vote for me... i would really really appreciate it. but - only til the end of February. How's it going? My mom's been very busy lately so she hasn't visited BC for a while. I'm doing very well; no problems (cross my toes!) I like to throw balls off the top of my cage and watch Mom go get them. I like to shake the balls with a bell inside. I have one in my cage that I really like to shake for attention. How about you?

The Hotel Fee provides use of resort activities and amenities including: wired and wireless Internet, in-room safe, unlimited access for local, 800 or 888 calls and in-state credit card calls, unlimited use of the Health Club, 9-hole Pitch & Putt course, golf driving range access, court time at the Racquet Club, all water sports including non-motorized boats (Hydrobikes, sail boats, paddle boats and canoes), as well as resort bicycles and quadricycles.
The Hotel Fee is currently $XX.XXX (plus 12.5% tax) per room, per night for the official event dates of X/X/XXXX – X/X/XXXX. Standard Hotel Fee of $22.00 will apply to pre and post event dates.
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS
Option A: Group Pays Room, Tax and Events
Group shall accept responsibility for room, tax, Hotel Service Program, food and beverage functions and all authorized service. These charges will be billed to the Master Account only if credit approval is granted in accordance with the Hotel's credit approval process. A deposit of $5,000.00 is due 30 days from signature of contract. An additional deposit of 75% of the estimated total Master account will be due 60 days prior to group arrival date.

What a beauty! Conures rule, you know!
I'm really nervous about running for BOTM. Here's an idea for my campaign, though. I'd love to see every bird on BC who's voting have a flower in their main pic by the end of the month. It's Easter month, so we could have a very colorful Easter Parade of beautiful birds with their beautiful flowers. Also, every day, I'll try to have a flower fact for everyone.
Today's fact: Peonies need ants on them to help open their blossoms. One of spring's early bloomers, this plant needs ants to come and help it open up and release its fragrance.

I think my bell toy is fun now! More on how I got used to it in tomorrow’s blog. I’m still wary around that ladder though ... Mama suspects it will take me a bit longer. I think so, too! I’ve never had something like that. Mama replaced my old toy that was a star shape with three ½ inch rods sticking out of it, and a little hoop attached to a chain on it. The point of it was to move the hoop onto the rods and off again. My brain’s too advanced for that, hehe! I never played with it, so now I’ve been ringing my bell :) It’s fun!

Here’s my vote for you today! Just think. In 4 days, on April first, I might be Top Bird! The Royal Archivist is still working on my portrait, I’m excited to see it! Daddy Kiddo said that I can co-host the April Milonga, so I think I have a few ideas for him. I went and saw my crown the other day... it’s beautiful! Daddy Kiddo took me to the room in the castle where they have the portraits of all past kings and queens again, and I had a blast looking at them all. There was Poirot, Kelly, Mom Sweetpepper, Miss Leah Danielle Sharon, Rainbow and more. It was great! Thank you again for supporting me in my BOTM run. I can hardly believe it’s almost over!!

Chirp Chirp! ~ Hi there, my name is Spirit Cloude (144812), and I am a 5 year old (male) budgie from W. Gardiner Maine. I’m running for March BOTM in honor of my Uncle Maximillian, on page #9042, who tragically passed away last year (2010) on March 14th, at 18 years old. I miss him, and so I’ve decided to dedicate my run to him.

And now a little bit about myself … I am a crazy little blue & white budgie, that my Mama bought from Petco on June 26th, 2005. Mama wanted to give me a hatchdate, since for 5 years we’ve just said it was my “Gotcha Date” because we new that I was a year older by then. So, after about a week of thinking, we decided to have my hatchdate March 16th! My favorite singers are Taylor Swift and Hillary Duff, but my favorite song is “Kiss Me Thru The Phone”, by Soulja Boy Tell ‘em. I also like “Fearless” by Taylor Swift. When a song comes on that I really like, I start to dance and chirp. I’ll walk up and down my perch, rub my bill on it and chirp, chirp, chirp. One time, I learned a tune. It was on the Nintendo 64 and it was a Super Mario game! I learned the tune to one of the courses. Mama also taught me how to make kissie noises once. I couldn’t make them quite the way she can, but I did pretty well!

Hi and thanks from the babies...
It's Pepper here, teaching these little ones how to write thank yous... Okay Chloe you can do this one... Mom put up our page yesterday morning, and never thought about us getting BOTD, but she said we could be cheerleaders because Pepper is teaching us to talk people words. Wait Little Bit I'm not finished yet. Okay... go on... Hellooo, I'm Little Bit. I'm really a big Little Bit now but I was the tiniest baby before. We all want to thank you for coming to say hi and voting for us. It's real fun here at the castle and we found some really fun places to get into. Leroy still has not come back to the big room for supper... wait a second... TiPaul what are you doing here? THERE's Leroy. Leroy, come and say something to these birdies who were so nice to come and welcome us and vote for us and congratulate us for getting to the castle, and tell them where you've been hiding for the past few hours... What? Hello. I'm Leroy. I got lost and TiPaul found me with Floop. I was a little scared and I started fluttering around and I could not find my fisters. Hey There!
Wow! What a fantastic week it was.
For the past six days, it's been royality in out house. Every birdie got the chance to wear the crown/tiara for the first time... Most of us got to wear the crown/ tiara for a second and third time as it was being passed around..
It sure was a great pleasure to be in the spotlight on BC for a day, at home we the kings and Queens in moms life:)
We would like to thank all the birdies and parronts for making this exquisite week possible..
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, AND THANK YOU.
Our parronts would like to extend their gratitude also...
Not only did we celebrate Princess Jazmin BOTD, but also her hatch day! (given one). We figured since she's always took close liking to daddy why not make his special day hers as well... They sure had fun today like every other day...:)
The castle was so much great, the food and drinks was excellent. The games, dancing, presents were great too... The strawberries were Delish.... The cake was perfect....the sunflower seeds was tasty too...along with all the other presents.....
Alex was not happy the cake had no rum:( drunken bird:( he's going to AA meetings if he keeps it up:)!
I'm very happy to see that every birdie had a marvelous time.
As the day ended and the sun sets it is with great pleasure to have ended the day with Our Princess Jazmin the Queen! ^..^
we are happy to pass along the crown/tiara to the next lucky birdie...
