 2/1/13~AT 3:11 PM WHILE READY TO LEAVE THE VET SIDNEY DIED. I WILL MISS MY PRECIOUS LITTLE LOVE.
9/22/10~I AM EVER SO THANKFUL TO EVERYBIRD FOR MAKING THIS DAY SO SPECIAL FOR ME.
I was turned over to RAAVE after 12yrs of living with my old people. They wanted to travel and didn't have anyone who would watch over me and my then fister, Toni. Even after mom said all they had to do is call her up and she would be glad to care for us, even taking us to her home. Well they didn't like that and mom took us home as fosterlings. 7/27/10
We want to welcome SIDNEY, a green cheek conure, to our flock. She is 14yrs. Her fister, a sun conure, got adopted by another person who didn't want 2 birds. Sidney is very thin but seems to be nearly normal weight. She's very sweet.
Now I'm officially adopted!. |

It just breaks my heart t'know you're gone. You were the sweetest little thing, so precious, so cute. It was somethin' special for me t'get to know you, share a laugh or two, or three together. We here in Quebec are saddened by your passing and flying off to Rainbow Bridge. Whenever a friend of our flock passes, it seems to get harder to find the right words to express how we feel. That is Mom's job... You were fine one day and so sick the next. Like a bird, you hid your illness. Mom has tears in her eyes as she is writing this. She feels for your Mom, knowing how it is to lose one so small, a member of the family just the same. Remember the good memories of the fun times together. We are here for you with open hearts. We are saddened by the loss to the Rainbow Bridge of your sweet bird Sidney.
We know you will cry for a time, but we hope and pray that you will begin to remember all the wonderful times you had with Angel Sidney.

Gosh this was so sudden... Pookie wipes a tear away... we are so sorry to hear that you flew to the Rainbow Bridge.

Dixie is very upset as she was his first love and he loved her from the start and always will,I too am saddened by the loss of your sweet little Sidney! I know her absence has left you very devastated and you will miss her with all your heart.
I lost my sweet Christine in June and I still grieve for her, Mom and I both loved her so much..I didn't know Sidney very well but I do know her sister Sophie, she's on our White Hawks team. It is our wish that as you lay your precious Sidney to rest that the memories she left behind will somehow comfort you, and your heart will be healed from this terrible loss you and your family must be feeling right now. can't believe just what he read! He is crying so hard and can't stop crying! He has loved Sidney from day one and has never stopped loving her!Oh Sidney,how I will miss you terribly,I can't think of my life without you in it with your sweet smile and warm loving eyes! I do hope that my fister Angel Gabbie and Angel Divo met you at the gate and they will love you forever and ever and show you around RainbowBridge! I am so sorry to hear that you have flown to the Rainbow Bridge. I know that Divo and Gabbie were there to welcome you and will show you around. You are going to be just fine with all our friends up there.
