I tried to leave this message on Brads page but kept getten the Squawk page. My vote did count. Would you pass this message on to her for me please.
Bradleigh looks up to see something strange in the sky. It flys but dos not flap any wings even though it has stubby ones. It circles the vote button a couple times then lands right on top of it. There is a screech of metal then all is quiet. A opening appears in the side of this flyen thing and a B&G Macaw waddles down a ramp.
"Hi Brad." it says. "Hope I did not scare yea. This is my Star Fleet Command surplus space shuttle. It is from the Enterprise NCC 1701D. I cant fly myself so this is what I use to get around BC and the Solar System. It is real fast to. I can be from one side of BC to the other in the blink of a eye. I hope my vote counts."
The Macaw looks under the shuttle and turns her head from one side to the other with its beak on the ground "It looks OK to me. Let me know if it dont work after I leave and I will have Scotty bring you a new one pronto."
Stop by the Kissing Booth and see the Tiel that is there. His name is Angel .
"Have a nice day in the castle tomorrow" the Macaw says as it waddles back into the shuttle. The ramp closes and the strange flyen thing takes off strait up with no sound and is out of sight in the blink of a eye.
Brad is so amassed with the whole encounter that she did not even get to thank the strange Macaw for the vote or ask for a name. “Just who was that strange Macaw”, she asks.Come visit me, George, mourning my Gracie 4-9-2013, Now Occupied By Apache! Punkin here. Sorry I missed your vote day but here's what happened..Boy did mom have a day yesterday. Mom's friend needed a ride to the dentist and insisted on taking her quaker and skin son...well skin son I can understand a bit. Anyhow since Perry was there mom decided to drive over and visit Sly's old/new mom at petsmart. She nearly got there when the car started to act up, nearly dying. After her visit she got into the car and it was dead!! I understand Perry bowed his head at it too. So mom called dad. His boss was conducting a bus driving class.. they actually teach people to drive those big yellow things. Anyway, he was going to pick mom up. He went to the wrong store first. Then he doubled back for mom who told him to park at the home depot store. He pulled into the park..opposite end of where mom was, so she and the boy and Perry (in a carrier by now) walked the far end of the parking lot but by the time they got there he had gone back to the OTHER end. So waling back there was something. Then he said to pick up the boys mom was ok. We got where she was SUPPOSED to be and she called saying she's at petsmart!! Boss said to drive back down there. Then we all went to the driving school to get dad's pickup and take friend,son and bird home. Then back to dad and over to van. Got started and headed home and halfway it died again. So open the hood and see battery was OLD!!! Went and got a new one and made it home just fine. But all us birds were alone ALL day. When mom opened the door both Oatie and Kiwi were running to her. hehehe She's trying not to go anywhere today. She just wants to take it easy WHEW! we're glad mom doesn't have many days like that.
