Update on stuff
Mike and I went over to look at Andrew's place and it's pretty nice but you can tell it's an older house. There are A frame houses too where the downstairs has a kitchen, bathroom and living room (I think) and a loft for a bedroom. The loft part has HUGE windows! Anywho, Andrew said that their electricity/heat runs about $60 per month combined. But they have really old windows (think of the windows we used to have) that weren't sealed and they kept their place roasting (and if I was hot, you know the heat's on pretty high). Mike and I figure that we'll probably average the same, but with a much lower heating bill and a higher electric bill because of our fish tanks. I'm going to call the land lady when we get back from break to talk to her a bit and maybe look at an A frame. Oh, and it's a $200 deposit for pets that you get back when you move out.
