VOTE4U, HI! Thanks for the nice visit and welcoming words! I am getting more use to my new home everyday! I've tried lots of new foods that Mommy has to feed me from a spoon cause I haven't figured out that it's food in my bowl. he,he,he I kind of like being fed!!! That oatmeal & grits stuff is tastey but I'm not going for the birdie bread yet, too strange! I still like me seed mix & Mom make sure my bowls always have a good mix for me to try. I'm OK with the beak rubs she gives me all day and even allow a few quick head-neck scritches but she still has to watch out! LOL I am "stepping up" real nice for her and she brings me put to my new wood perch stand 2-3 times a day depending on if I want to come out. I've been playing on the couch, too and Mom loves my "Chicken Scratching" I did on the couch blanket. She didn't know what I was up to but her CAG pals said it's a "Grey Thing". Mom makes kissy noises to me, so now I make them back, figures she'd like that! She talks a lot to me but I haven't chosen which words I'm gonna say yet. It's a little confusing cause I talk in a baritone voice and she's got a girly voice. She's anxious to see which voice I choose for my new words..... hmmmmm? Anyone know how this works? maybe there is a CAG out there that changed homes. With me it's even weirder cause I was a boy for 10 yrs, not I'm a girl. LOL I feel the same, just a new name, I like it cause Mommy calls me her "Lacie Girl". I do still same "Good Boy", Momma says that I am a Good Boy, TOO! If you haven't seen my head bobbing dance with monkey sound effects on Mom's FB page, she's gonna post it on BC and youtube, too. I do it when I'm happy, which is everyday!!!
