We have a big curtain that covers the window and extends down past it. Today the Cuddler looked behind it and there was poop all over the wall! She made the Feeder (the teenage boy) clean it since it's in his room and she said he needs to pay more attention to us when we're out so he can clean up after us properly.
That's neat that the boys in your flock can talk and whistle Barney. I'm trying to learn how to say "pretty bird." I'm still practicing it so it doesn't sound like much, but the Cuddler says it over and over to me and I pay close attention when she does.
My frother Buddy Beak (a 'tiel who doesn't have a BC page) whistles the theme to an old kid's show called "Ed, Edd, and Eddy" that used to be on the Cartoon Network. I'm learning that from him, and I'm teaching him "charge".
Butterball used to whistle but since Apollo came into her life she's stopped. And Annie yells a lot, and chirps at the humans. They call her the "talking" bird since she's always chattering and squawking to them.
