Hi Mona
Punkin here to ask if you could help me make it to the castle as BOTM. All month I'm sharing flowers we birds CAN EAT
Here's todays flowers:
English Daisy (Bellis perennis) - The flowers have a mildly bitter taste and are most commonly used for their looks than their flavor. The petals are used as a garnish and in salads.
Gladiolus (Gladiolus spp) - Flowers (anthers removed) have a nondescript flavor (taste vaguely like lettuce) but make lovely receptacles for sweet or savory spreads or mousses. Toss individual petals in salads. It can also be cooked like a day lily.
For all you I didn't get to tell yesterday....Bird is doing real good. She's got about 80% use of her right foot as well now. We are so excited about that because she's soon going to be able to go to her new home!!
We had a great day with mom yesterday and get to again today because we're getting some snow flurries today. Hello there and here are some awnsers for you.
Finding any sort of bird leash pr diaper for a bugie is nye on impossible because of there tiny size i would take them out in a travel cage or something like that. I personally only take my Meyer's parrot out with me because I have a leash for her and because she is clipped. There size is the bugies only down fall when it comes to going on adventrues :P
