I apologize for flying out so late today. Polly's mad at mom too. While she was at PT, skinsis called with some health problems and they ended up at the ER, followed by a trip to the grocery store pharmacy to get a couple prescriptions. FINALLY she is here, and POLLY is wanting attention.
“POLLY! I need to interrupt what we were gonna do. I have some more info on weddings on BC. There are more than I knew. Can you think what to play?”

I have told you before of Bella and Sailor. Here is their story:

Then was Asha & Stubby. I am still learning about Asha and her dad Mr. Tim. Mr. Tim was the baseball commissioner until his death. He was preceded in death by Asha. I hope to be able to tell you more in the future.
The next wedding was of 2 birds that have since flown to the Rainbow Bridge, they were Knuckles of Pinellas Park, FL and Murphy of Philadelphia, PA, both Timneh greys.

How have you all been.? We all doing good the last few days we been going outside cause the temps have droped a lot it's been nice and mom opened the windows. It looks like the heat will return Monday. We got a little rain on Saturday but nothing to brag about. We need about 2 weeks or more of slow steady rain. So the FURBALL almost got sprayed again from the skunk you think he learn but that's a FURBALL for ya. Good think your mom did notvgetbsprayed that would of been really bad. Mr. Kiddo, will tell the story of the honeymoon?
First of all there were four Sennies on the honeymoon. Myself, SP and the couple who shared our first date, Peanut and Codie. Peanut is not so active anymore, and Codie has since flown to the Rainbow Bridge, so the Fab Four as we called ourselves are a bit of BC history for sure.
First we left right from the Castle in a chartered jet piloted by John Travolta! Then we landed in Sydney, Australia where our good buddy Jivu met us and took us on a tour of the city including a tour of the Rainforest Park and a lovely dinner at the Opera House. From there we set out for Ayers Rock and did some climbing about.
Then we set out across the Outback in a rented Hummer chauffeured by Leah from the K Kritter Korral flock as her wedding present. The five of us drove across the Outback (which is an amazing trip in itself) to Brisbane where Leah dropped us off, and we met up with Jack from down under (the best man from the wedding, remember?) and spent a day at the Brisbane Water Park. Next we set out with Jack for the Steve Irwin Australian zoo, which is so large we had to spend two days touring it.
After regretfully leaving the zoo, the five friends boarded the luxurious cruise ship, Orion, and headed for New Zealand. The amenities on board were a dream come true, and after the ship had circled New Zealand we landed on NZ's shore for the final leg of the honeymoon.
After a tour of New Zealand we were welcomed by the wonderful Maori people for a traditional celebration. SweetPepper and I renewed our vows in a traditional Maori Wedding Ceremony. It was a day of fun, sun and feasting, and the four of us were thoroughly tired out when we boarded our flight home at Auckland Airport with Jack seeing us off at the gate.
All in all it was the trip of a lifetime, and the memories and friendships with the folks down under will never be forgotten.
Thank you Mr. Kiddo. What a wonderful time.

Pictures of the wedding are on page #136770. It was a ROYAL wedding, the wedding of the Bird Century. Pastor (Ö>CR Jake presided. It took place in the castle gardens. WHAT a celebration. I am so sorry I missed it. Miss SweetPepper had a lovely white gown and Mr. Kiddo was snazzily attired in an orange suit complete with top hat.
The bridal party was appropriate to a royal wedding. This will be for tomorrow.
Kiddo and SweetPepper had the first CASTLE wedding. The very first wedding occurred at the end of Charles Riley Jake's campaign for BOTM.
“But he wasn't The Reverend CR Jake then. Mr Buddy was the "minister" for that wedding between two birdies named Bella and Sailor. Jakey was the musical accompaniment, playin’ his git-fiddle. And at the end of it all, sure enough Jakey was Bird o' the Month in May 2008!” in Miss Riley Ann Orion's words.

It me waddles tee hee mom ABD I was laughing so hard when you was telling us about Sassy getting sprayed by skunk so did the fur ball learn her lesson tee hee. We had a nice 4TH IT WAS NOT AS LOUD AS THE YEARS BEFORE. MOM TO THINKS THE HEAT AND BEING DRY KEPT PEOPLE FROM SHOOTING OFF CIRE WORKS. WE HEARED THE FIREWORK STANDS SAID THEY WAS WAY UNDER SALES FRO. YEARS BEFORE. GAG DID BBQ OUT AND MOM MADE LOTS OF GOOD STUFF TO GO ALONG WITH BBQ I WAS THE TAST TESTER. Happy 4th of July
Sounds like you should move to Nebr, there lots if places for rent and sell. Dad on vacation this week so he and mom been doing some light remodeling. It's been soooooooo hot here to that mom not e ven letting us go outside with her. We are back!!! Mom and dad had their stuff all packed and then she packed our stuff up too. Mom put us in smaller cages and her and dad loaded our cages on the back of the pickup. Dad took our cages and mom loaded us into the car with all our food and favorite toys and every thing we would need. Then we followed dad down the road and we went to skin sis to stay. Mom and dad caught a plane and went to Washington to see another skin sis and grand kids. We had lots of fun at our skin sis and she is almost as good as our mom so if we have to go and stay anywhere this is the best place for us. Mom said we would have been too stressed out going with them and you know I think she is right too!!

Is that a girl thing? with earrings? Zippy insists those bright shinies mom wears are toys for her. She even picked out a saphire chip from one once.
Has your weather been going ok? Haven't been hearing about the storms like earlier. Our weather has been more moderate too.

Hi it's me WADDLES. So you got new toy, computer and noe getting the Internet wow you are being SPOILED BIG TIME.SO HOWS YOUR MOM LIKEING HER JOB. Was outside for awhile today unti the dumb neighbor decided to bring out his loud lawn mower we was yelling at him. Mom said he could not hear us and boy the lawn mower was blowing lots I'd smoke mom sais it looks like its done. The wind puck up so we came in and played watch the people walk by our house and yelled at them. That is great your mom got another computer. If we dont write right away we will as soon as we get back from vacation. Mom had to go with dad to get some kind of machine for the trail tonight. He has to leave the pickup running in case it wont start so mom sat in the pickup and waited on him then. Uh oh the phone is history eh?Mom is all in a tizzy cause she didn’t have her spring cleaning started and the nice weather was here for a few days. Hi Jessie
Glad to hear you were missed by the big storms. We had a few rumbles a few days ago, but that was it. Today we hit 79 degrees. I even took a bath.
Mom says she saw daffodils starting, 4" starting, a butterfly, and dad brought in a DANDELION. I think its spring. Sure hope we don't get a hard freeze.

Unless it's on the cool side, we get to go outside in the screen roon almost everyday. And pops has feeders there for out wild bird friends. It was 82 yesterday, and we spent an hout outside. It was fun. Squak.Come visit me, Tweet & Squak.

We havent gone out yet but mom has to put our outside cages together so we can then. Mom told dad she set all the clocks and his job was to set just this one. Well he set the alarm off and mom was not too happy when it went off 3 times at 5 am. Then somehow the clock showed it was an hour ahead of the real time too and mom was up and then realized it was earlier so went back to bed. This evening mom and dad left us a while and went to some kind of function about trails. Mom was glad it was warm enough she didn’t have to wear a winter coat. At least they didn’t stay too long but with the time change mom is running behind …again LOL. “People sometimes ask, “how can you be friends with someone you never met?” and we tell them. “you have never been on bird channel I bet.” That about sums it up too. Mom is rebuilding her BC address book. She lost her original. So thanks for stopping by.
Have you experienced any of the nasty weather? Been ok?
Today was over 60 degrees. Mom went for a walk, but we stayed in. But the sun came thru the windows.

Thank you for stopping by to congratulate us when we were BOTD! We agree, we ARE just too cute! We had a great time at the castle chasing the servant birds and throwing all the toys into the water dishes (which is one of our favorite things to do.) They said it may be a long time before they let a parrotlet be BOTD, and NEVER AGAIN will there be two at once!
