I was stolen by a bad man and given to a nice lady. She couldn't keep me so she found my Mama and gave me to her. I was afraid and bit lots of times, but Mama keeps band-aids beside my cage and loves me anyway..

Active within 179 Days Hi! My name is RIP I am an Amazon from Boynton Beach, FL. My Mama tried to give me a fancy name when the strangers I lived with gave me to her. But Roxy, my friend, told my Mama my name for me.She kept saying "Hey, RIP!" and Mama finally got the hint. 8 years old M Amazon I love walnuts on the half-shell and apples. I like to hid in my cabana that Mama made for me. It's very beachy and striped. I also like paper bags. I don't like anyone coming near my Mama. I get peck-ish and pinchy. I have to bite Mama to warn her to run away. For some reason she doesn't like this technique. She knows exactly where to scratch me to make me fall asleep. She never makes me do anything that is scary. Sometimes I get to be office assistant and eat yogurt for lunch. I am quiet most of the time but sometimes I sing opera for no particular reason.. HEY,HEY,HEY,HEY- !.

New word!! I can say 'water' now!! I'm so smart. I also like to watch my brother and sister get in trouble. I just sit back, relax, preen, and watch the feathers fly as they screech and act out until mom gets mad. Then she snuggles with me, and I give those two my 'evil eye'. Helo Rip~~ It's very nice to meet you! You are a very handsome zon dude! I am a nipper too and I always bite mom in the back of the neck if someone comes in the room unanounced. I've always been a nipper, but mom doesn't mind. I am very impressed that you sing opera! I don't sing very well, but I do like to dance. I like jass and swing because they are fun to dance to! I am shy so my Mama is introducing me--- This is RIP. He was given to us under strange circumstances, and owing to his behavior, and lack of banding, we have come to the determination he was trapped in the wild. He is so quiet, sweet and smells so good!
