HI Snowy How fortunate that someone noticed you, it must have been scary outside! Not only did you get noticed, but by people who know birds. Mom tells us about budgies that liked the echo in their bells (they all passed on). Zippy does not seem to like bells that much. But Polly, quaker, likes to communicate with his bell.
