I had to come and say "hi" because you have almost the same name as I do. I was named after the green stone Malachite because I have many shades of green in my feathers. You have an adorable grey color. Momma's friend has a single factor violet lovebird. You little guys are very cute and chatty. Hello, fellow slate --
In addition to the violet factor(s?), is Malachite a Whiteface Slate or a Dutch Blue slate, or what? He is so much more steel-blue than Kip. What a lovely bird. I really love his coloring.Come visit me, Baby Lily, Roscoe, Penelope, Xavier & Baby Kip.
