 I had to do some reaserch on an animal for a science project last year and I chose Lovebirds. After the project was done I kept reaserching love birds. I had my heart set on getting one of those and was planning on it. I had decided to adopt a bird and I got on www.beaknwings. org and mistakenly clicked cockatiels. Well for some reason I stayed on that page and looked around a bit. And there you have it! I saw his picture and instantly changed my mind. He is a great birdy. :D. |

Hi again!
we are becoming such good friends aren't we???
believe it or not.. I was such good friends with our Trisquit.. he was a beautiful white faced grey 'tiel like you but he passed away a few years back due to a very sad accident.. we miss him, and I know my Mom missed him allot..
so.. you have come into our life to be our friend, and maybe there is a little bit of Trisquit in you..
so you are always welcome in our aviary,
and here is another big vote for you!!

he's been feeling a little bit dejected cuz Mom won't let him sit on REAL eggs anymore..

so I wanted to nicely ask if you could come on over and give me a vote?? I am the "normal" Cockatiel in the Winddys Wings Aviary and my name is Twister..
actually, I am not 100% normal, I am normal split to pied because I have a really cool bow tie mark on the back of my head and my mommy told me that means I'm split to pied..

Ozzies Owner!
Hey guys. Does anyone have suggestions on traing ozzie? he wont do anything with me and i have been working with him for four months. I have tried all the normal and some of the not so normal traing methods and nothing is working. PLEASE HELP!!Come visit me, Ozzie.

White Faced Cockatiel!
Hey Ozzie..
you are actually a little bit more rare than the normal Cockatiel!
You are a white faced Cockatiel which, by the way is very coveted... they sell like Hot cakes I've heard.
The normal Cockatiel has a yellow face with a bright orange cheek dot (male),
the female has a little less bright yellow, and NO yellow dot.
the white faced Cockatiel male is all whitefaced, whereas the female just has a little bit of white at the top of the head.
I had a white faced 'tiel like you years ago and I mourned when I lost him...
anyway - here is a great big VOTE for you because you are soooooooo beautiful and you bring back fond memories of a very special bird. I do not have him on Bird Channel because it breaks my heart,
but I do have his cousin -
Bisquit. She is a beautiful white faced female... if you could give Bisquit and maybe a few of the rest of us a vote??
