a wonderful friend of mine bought Phoenix as an egg and we made bird toys together. The friend was hand feeding Phoenix, so he was at work with her everyday. I told the friend that if anything ever happened that she wouldn't be able to keep him, would she give me the first chance to buy him from her.She said sure as we both chuckled about it. Well, she ended up getting a divorce and needed to sell and I was there to cash in on my dream bird..

Active within 710 Days Hi! My name is Phoenix I am a Hyacinth Macaw from MOBILE, AL. Phin Phin Blue Booby 14 years old M Hyacinth Macaw macadamia nuts hanging from the top of his cage by one toe, playing with his indestructible bell. not to be out of his cage 24/7, not having my full attention all of the time We go to events to educate the public about parrots. We, also, get to go to schools to visit children in their classrooms and that is so much fun, Especially when I get to run around on the floor while everyone watches me hop from student to student. one habit is that when I have my back to his cage(attending to another parrot)he gets my attention by grabbing my t-shirt and pulling on it until he has me almost pinned to the cage backwards. Another one of his habits is again while I'm bending over caring for one of his room mates, Phoenix gooses me in the rear or grabs a handful of my behind. Of course, I jump every time, so he has got my attention.. .

Hi Phoenix, Um, Hi we never met but my friends bird Pearl (#209144) needs to go to the vet. So untill she has enough money to take him, if you order a paintig from Pretty as a Parrot a $1 from every painting will go to his mommy to help her pay to take him to the vet. The prices are: $10 for a 5x7 canvas. $20 for a 8x10 canvas. $30 for a 11x14 canvas. $15 for 11x14 poster bord. $10 for 11x14 poster bord done in oil pastel. Hi! Phoenix, You're beautiful! So you're your Mommy's Dream Bird. I was my Mommy's also. My name is Oz and I'm a Rose Breasted Cockatoo. Mommy is my 3rd owner and she says that I'm now in my Forever Home. I hope so cause I really like it here. She also wants to know if I know that I'm a Cockatoo cause I'm sweet and very quiet.
