 April was a very tramatized Bugie we believe. At this paticular pet store, they just chased and grabed these birds, so it took along time for April to trust us. She still won't let us kiss her, but she will kiss us and get very close to us and sit on our shoulder.. |

Hi! My name is April
I am a Budgerigar from Lakwood, CO.
 "Sweetness"
"Your Highness", and then we bow to her.
"Your Royal hind-end-ness", and then we bow to her.
These last two names are when she's having as we say, her ladytimes (PMS moods- not every month, but every day).

Nothing but her food mix. She won't touch anything else, no matter what I try to sneak in her food dish; she'll nose it out of her dish onto the floor of her cage.
 Copter's large California Cage on the swing; She chases everyone out first.
 April is the Sleep-Nazi: When everyone should be sleeping, she gripes loudly if Heeloe or Copter are making noise, or Mommy and Daddy are talking while she's sleeping, when everyone SHOULD be asleep (in her mind that is).
 I love when my owner lets me have free reign to come out; then I can go chase Copter and Heeloe. They think I'm the chase-monster; which I am! But,I'm really the boss.
 Double-jointed birdie: Squeezing through small cage bars to get out of cage, sleeping upside-down, like a bat sometimes, Goes upside-down and then rolls her head over and over again..
 If I can do it, I will do it with all the little might I have; watch me!.
