grapes, kiwi, carrots,saffron seeds, flax seeds, safflower seeds.
 On top of the computer monitor, the curtain rods, on the cup rack in the kitchen
 getting sprayed with mite and lice spray, being interupped in the nest box,
 She lets me out everyday to play and fly. She is very kind to me and tells me that she loves me everyday.
 playing hide and seek, and biting a lot..

Hand feeding Pretty Baby
To everyone who read this, I finally have gained the trust with PRETTY bABY, She will eat small corms of millet spray from my hand. And she is teaching the hand feeding concept to her mate CHICO.
It took PRETTY BABY over 2 1/2 years to bond with me, I was the fifth owner and she did not trust humans, all she knew to do was to fight and bite. I'm so sorry to hear you are having feather problems!! I have put you in the "thoughts and prayers" section on the calendar page! Everybird will be keeping you in their prayers.
I know that sometimes feather loss can be due to a lack of vitamin A but it could be other stuff too. Is there an avian vet near by that your mom could talk to? They might be able to give some good advice!

Heard you were looking for me and had the wrong site so here I am and thanks for any votes you can throw my way so I can get BOTM. I cant say this enough and from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your votes for me for BOTM. Chi chi takes a bath and gets all slizzied up and heads down to the dance hall. She is thinking wonder who will be at the dance hall tonight. She goes in the door and no birdy is around so she sits down at a table alone. Pretty soon up jumps Bailey and then Cookie and then Pearl and Silver and YOU and pretty soon little bird heads pop up all over the place and all are Chi chi’s great friends! Chi chi laughs and looks around and tells the bartender give every birdy a sasparelli on me. Come on we are going to dance my friends and I am going to teach you some dance steps for the Can can too. Every birdy gets in line and Chi chi begins teaching them and pretty soon the whole hall is dancing the can can and having fun.! “I hope you wrote, that you gave me a vote cause I’m running for bird of the month”. Hey!! I have a favor to ask!! My friend Chi chi, our BOTM candidate, is struggling just a bit on getting votes faster than some other birdies who want to reach a certain milestone. His Mommie received them as a birthday present on July 24, 2011.
Their names are Chico (Male) and Marigold (Female).

Flying by to leave a vote. My mom doesn't shop at petsmart because the first time she went all the feed had bugs in it. But i have looked it up and found other people have lost their loved ones because of unsafe toys or bad food. I always make sure all toys i buy are from companys that i know and trust and i try to buy toys without metal parts other than the chains to hang them. Pretty Baby is feeling grief,
Pretty baby is feeling the loss of her new friend, Sundance. She is very quiet and hiding in her hut for most of the day. She refuses to eat very much. Sun Dance was her best friend and they did a lot together.
It is so very hard to lose my baby bird Sundance.
I will always remember him and my tears will flow for him, everyday. All the other parakeets are grieving also.

Pretty Baby is very excited today. His mistress has a new addition to her aviary. It is a beautiful Sun Conure named Calpso. Pretty Baby climbed all around the outside of the new bird's cage during his "free" time.
