My grandson thought I should have more pets than 1 dog. Had budgies and a cockatiel in the past, so I'm attracted to birds. Crackers was being hand fed by pet store owner that we visited and I fell in love..

Active within 812 Days Hi! My name is Crackers I am an Indian Ring-Necked Parakeet from Elizabeth, PA. Yellow demon (when has an attitude) Baby bird & Cracker baby (when she's sweet) 3 years old F Indian Ring-Necked Parakeet In-shell peanuts, fresh apples and oranges Likes to visit our ring-necked doves. Also, the inside and outside very top of her cage Feeding the Doves first. If she's upset with you, she'll take an offer of a peanut and throw it to the ground. She gives me a whole peanut when I'm good, and doesn't get mad at me if I take a bath in my water dish. Likes "sticks and stick or ring shaped" toys, picks them up at bottom of cagein beak and climbs to top of cage, using feet only, then plays or chews on toy. Arches back, squawks and "growls" and acts like she's talking to toy.. I'm smarter than the average bird.........

Crackers! What a cute name! I love how birds do that...you know, catch humans eyes when they walk in the pet store. I know countless birds who've used that trick! I wasn't to bad at it myself!
