Mom is not happy tonight. She believes someone is messing with her yahoo account and she can't log in. :( She is also very upset about who won The Voice.

They had fun earlier today. Tonight they went to a little kids concert for Auntie. More fun tomorrow!

Hi Coach Muffin!
Happy Fathers Day to all the dads!

Today's activity was kayaking. Mom enjoyed it for about ten minutes, until grandma made her help paddle. Then she totally hated it. She said she felt like her arms were going to fall off. :P They were supposed to see a bunch of dolphins, but they only saw two and they were far away. Mom did take some pretty pictures for you guys to see! They are in my gallery.

A guy goes to a pet shop to buy a parrot. There he sees a parrot with a red string tied to its left leg and a green string tied to it's right leg. He asks the owner the significance of the strings.

"Well, this is a highly trained parrot. If you pull the red string he speaks French; if you pull the green string he speaks German," replies the shop keeper.

"And what happens if I pull both the strings?" our curious shopper inquires.

"I fall off my perch you fool!!" screeches the parrot.

Hi Coach Muffin!
Mom went to a petting zoo today! As you can imagine, she was quite thrilled, because she adores animals. There were goats, alpacas, pigs, sheep, donkeys, bunnies, a chicken, and mom's favorite, a deer. She was the only animal that was not in a pen, and she was really sweet. They got some feed for the animals, and she enjoyed feeding them. She didn't get many pictures though, because her hands were covered in slobber. :P Outside of the petting zoo, there were a bunch of beautiful horses. Mom just LOVES horses. She got to feed a big clydesdale an apple, and he got her hand so sticky! :P She, however, loved it! She was not happy when it was time to go to the beach, because her bathing suit was rubbing on her sun burn and it really hurt! Today they went to the beach at 7pm, so it wasn't very hot. THANKFULLY! The tide was coming in, and the water was all funny. Mom, Auntie Ellie, Grandma, and friends Laura and Jill went on a crab hunt! They found soooo many animals! They found 5 star fish, 2 slugs, and a bunch of clams and hermit crabs! Don't worry! She let them all go before they left. It was funner then yesterday.

Thanks for the vote! I forgot to tell you guys that mom hates the beach, so she is not having as much fun as the others. She said she finds no enjoyment in sitting in the 90-100 degree weather while getting sun burn. (Yeah, she got sun burn on her neck and shoulders today) Sadly, that is what the friends that are with us want to do the most. Poor mom! Hopefully they will get to do other stuff that mom will enjoy. XD Mom is also the odd woman out of the group. Grandpa is hanging out with the male friend, grandma is hanging out with the female friend, and Auntie Ellie is hanging out with their 4 year old daughter. Mom's friend is her Theodore Boone book. XD She did see something cool at the beach today. Someone was fishing and they caught a really tiny shark! He brought it up on land and she got to see it up close, there is a picture in the gallery for y'all to see!

I sure hope I have the correct one. I am looking for the girl that is seeing my son Charlie ( Charlie, Wilberforce etc).
If you are, he has emailed me privately and asked that I tell his sweetbeak MUFFIN how much he loves love. His Momma is tied up with tons of school work, and piano exams and has been away from BC. However, she will be back once school ends soon. Charlie misses his Muffin terribly and wishes he could be with her everyday. HE asked me to give her a hug and kiss from him.

Hi Coach Muffin!
Good evening everybirdie! I am very lucky to be able to blog tonight, mom is busy, busy, busy! This morning and afternoon she was busy putting together all of Peatree and Jester's things, and then when grandma came home from work at seven, they went to take the two of them to Uncle Charlie's house. They didn't get back till 11pm! D: After they came home, mom started packing her stuff until she remembered that she had to blog for me! So here she is sitting at the computer instead of doing productive things. :P She still has to finish packing, roll change, clean a little bit, and a few other things.

For those of you that don't know, mommy and the family are leaving on a week long vacation to Hilton Head SC tomorrow. They are staying in a condo by the beach with grandma and grandpa's friends. I believe mom has packed every single art tool she has. XD All crammed into a little bag and a backpack, she has two sketch books, three canvases, colored pencils, water color pencils, graphite pencils, charcoal, at least 15 bottles of paint, paint brushes, erasers, a large pencil sharpener, her hot glue gun, extra hot glue, and tons of feathers. She'd have a panic attack if she didn't bring EVERYTHING. XD Oh mother!

You drive around on recycling day looking for the biggest piles of newspaper to steal and feel guilty when people look out their windows and pity you.

THE COURTEOUS PARROT

A lady is walking down the street to work and sees a parrot in a pet store. She stops to admire the bird. The parrot says to her, "Hey lady, you are really ugly." Well, the lady is furious! She storms past the store to her work. On the way home she saw the same parrot in the window and the parrot upon seeing her says, "Hey lady, you are really ugly."

She was incredibly ticked now. The next day on the way to work she saw the same parrot and once again it said, "Hey lady, you are really ugly." The lady was so furious that she stormed into the store and threatened to sue the store and have the bird killed. The store manager apologized profusely and promised the bird wouldn't say it again.

The next day, when the lady walked past the store after work the parrot said to her, "Hey lady." She paused, scowled with an icy and deadly stare, and said with a hoarse voice, "Yes?" The bird, strutting back and forth on its perch in a cocky manner, said, "You know."

I would like to thank you for your enthusiasm and concern for your Team Players, in giving it every effort to ensure that they each have a chance to play in some BazeBol Games.

Regarding your specific concern for your Player, Mr Paddy, he has actually been in the batting line-up for every game that your Team has played so far this Season! If you will go back in the postings of the games you will be able to find numerous instances of his participation.

To date, your Team has played games on May 14, May 22, and May 30. It is, in fact you who have not had as many opportunities to play given the fact that you are listed among the Reserves for your Team. And it is the Reserves who must wait for rotation into the batting line-up according to each individual Umpire's schedule, and when they each play a Team for the second time (which is when the line-up changes to include the Reserves).

It is possible that you have not seen Mr Paddy's name listed in a particular inning of play due to the fact that his at-bat yielded an Out, and we try not to make birdies feel badly about poor play if we can at all, by not mentioning names in all Out plays.

Once again, I thank you for your commitment and diligence to seeing that all of your Players get a fair chance to play.

Boy, we've got us a challenging game today again the Pois. We're going to have to bring our A Game to the stadium for sure. I've been working on strength training and stamina just in case we do so much running around the bases, I won't tucker out!

I'm ready, Coach! We had a frost overnight, but mom covered all the new plants, so we were okay. This morning, she had 2 tours in the museum, one in dinosaurs, and one about animal adaptations. Then it was off to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions, and finally here to blog.
Congrats to the Pois for winning their first game. Today the Kevlar Keets (Willie's team) and on Thursday the CJCs (Falco's team) are playing. We are anxious to see how the new teams perform, too.

Me, Ice & Modelo are flying over to the stadium early today for practice and we'll be there for the game but we have to be silent becos it's unfortunately my parronts day to go to the city shopping. Yeah, I know, it's our first game but there is no squawking at them! So we'll leave some cheers on the stadium page during our practice and we'll fly over to check how the game went after they get home. So we'll be silent but there for the team. And as I recall, in past years, our team used to beat those macaws all the time. We're just faster becos of our size! Go Kevlar Keets! I know we'll win today!

Hello Muffin!
What do you know, I'm BOTD! What I should be is in the dungeon for missing team practice yesterday. Not a very good start to being a KEVLAR KEET, that's for sure. Of all days for my mom to have to be away for most of the day, it had to be on my day for spring training. Not to worry though, Coach, I'll put in a double, no, triple effort for the rest of the week and over the weekend as well so I'm as ready as can be for our first game.
