 UPDATE:
Sawyer kept biting my toes so mom and dad put her in a separate cage. Now I have the big Condo Cage to myself.
Mom and dad had been looking for another lovebird after Chilli died and one day they walked into my store. It was love at first sight. I went home the day after they brought Sawyer home, to be part of the La Habra flock.. |

What do you think about this Mom does blogs in the morning and she did not get finish the other day with all of them and of course that was mine and now it is 2 days later and she just is getting to them. I just thought you were an uncommon one.Because you are so pretty but I also think the peach face Lovebird is a really good looking bird.That is different out of all of you there was only the one peach face one the rest had colors like you....Happy to hear you were nice to Mom on Sunday.She deserved to have that day without any of you screaming at her....Here is another vote for you.....Hope you day is a nice one...Yeah we will take some of that heat here it was cold today only about 40 and tonight it is going down to around 30 or a bit lower. That is so awesome. Your Dad has to be doing such a great job with these babies to hand feed them until he is sure they are eating on their own. But, by the time they are ready to be taken to the Bird Store that Dad deals with it must be hard for him to see them go. I know our Mom would probably want to keep them all even though we are not equipped for more then the 4 of us.....So what will you be doing for the weekend? I guess we are suppose to have rain on or just be cloudy on Saturday and Sunday will be nicer but much cooler like only about 60. No outside on the screened porch for us. Yeah, Mom sends for them online at Puritan Pride and stocks up when they have free shipping and a sale like buy 2 and get 3 free.What is wrong with the youngest babie? Is it just smaller then the others? Never knew that about cholesterol and that is quite interesting to find out about.Just like your Dad said if you know your own body you should be able to tell if it would be okay for you to do. Yeah Mom needs the precriptions for high blood pressure and cholesterol and she can not stop taking the HBP ones because that runs in her family but they do have some side effects as the cholesterol do also.Now Dad on the other hand refuses to take the cholesterol pills because he told the doctor they were making him get cramps in his muscles. Our Dad here told the Doctor he only wanted to come once a year and the Doctor said I rather see you every 6 Months. Yes Sassy, Mom & Dad feel the same way about Doctors and Prescriptions.Dad told the doctor I only want to come once a year because I am forever paying something that is not covered with medicare. Also he has no Prescription plan so he only takes one and goes to K-Mart and pays less for a 90 day supply then Mom pays for any of hers and she has a prescription plan.With her plan sometimes she can get a 90 day supply and sometimes she can't and when she ask the reason why they always have some excuse. That is also very true.You really have to check every bill or statement that comes to you from Medicare because there certainly are times that things are on them that you can not even remember was done etc.Mom's Sister-In-Law had both of her parents in nursing homes and she discovered many times things on the bills that actually never was issued to them and also the meds that she would supply herself. So she ended up calling the insurance company and medicare almost every month.So I do not know who was getting all the money until she discovered what was going on between the home, insurance co. or medicare.A lot of Senior Citizens are constantly being taken over. Well did Dad get everything all straightened out with the faucet by now. I am sure he got right on it on Monday....Mom had a Doctor Appt. on Monday and it was about 1 1/2 hour drive from where we live to get there...so after the Doctors Dad and her did some shopping there and made it a day....So no blogging that day and Tuesday the parronts both had hair cut appts. and ending up doing grocery shopping that day and again time ran out to do blogs. Today is Wednesday, our blogging day. It seems the overtime is over for now. Its slow at the airport. The parront is only working straight time, 5-10AM. The weather is getting warmer. Oki and I now spend a little more time out of our cages heeee. See you next week.

Good afternoon birdies. Today the parront has been on the streets most of the time. Today the weather is cold, is in the 60 range. We have been in cage confinement most of the time. The parront actually wants to have more free time but that seems never to happen to her. She works too much and is tired. Meanwhile Oki and I are in jail bored heee

Hi Sassy
Today is Wednesday. The parront works a lot of overtime during the week. On her days off she run errands and do household shores. Oki and I spend most of the time in jail. We still don't get along. Mommy would be very happy if we would mate so we would accompany each other. Its raining here but the weather is in the 70 range. Its spring break so the airport is getting busier.
