Hello Rudy~ I hope you are enjoying your day! Mom has been cleaning the oven this morning so we haven't started any cooking yet. She sorta burned a pizza last night and had to get it all cleaned up! It was very sad to see that lovely cheese pizza burned but the other, larger pizza made it so I still got some crust. Mom didn't know if you put one on the bottom shelf of the oven, that the paper pan they come on would burn! It was really stinky and I had to be quickly removed from the room but I made it back out there in time for some pizza crust! I suppose that is the most important part! Today is the 5th anniversary of me, Mandy, George and Gracie coming to live with mom!! It' a special day for all of us!! We are so very happy here and mom says she can't imagine what life was like before we all showed up! I'm hoping for a cranberry ornage scone to celebrate! I got the corn bread already but a scone would be just lovely!! I do hope you enjoy the day! Leaving a vote and a big hug! Hi, Rudy, That's good of your dad to help out where he can. Gonna take a lot of clearing of the debris and hope people are able to salvage things from what's left of their homes before more bad weather starts. There's lots of stories of lost pets find their way home weeks, months, even years later, so like the parronts say if there isn't a body then there's hope. Tell Dory thanks for the piece of hatchday cake. Sure was delish. Sure can be fun not knowing who will show up as BOTD. We forgot to check yesterday until later otherwise we would've flown by a lot earlier, glad there was still cake left. Have a great day, wing hugs and a vote, Pearl and Silver. Hi Rudy, my love, I saw your game today and I am so sorry that your team lost this one but there are lots more to go. My fister, Suzi wasn't very happy when she got home... I am so glad that the nasty tornado missed you guys but so sorry for the folks that it did hit...those winds were just so strong. Not much new here, mom did post some pictures of our yard, we had some landscaping done...the pictures are on Chloe's page. Mom also put a couple of pictures up on Jewel's page featuring a robin bathing in our fountain and a picture of a robin's nest and egg that is in one of our hanging plants... Hi Rudy Yes you sure have had a week there and hope your dad can help there too. We saw you were getting lots of rain now on top of everything else you didnt need. Just glad your all ok though! Great job Silver Sluggers on the win today! Today sure was a lot colder with the high of 47 but sure felt colder then that after the warm days we had. Now the furnace is back on again. Mom had to go to the dentist to prep for a crown but she asked about the one beside it and decided to get it crowned also so it was a two for one she said but not money wise LOL. She says this is the worse part getting the shots and grinding the tooth down. Hi Rudy It's been a sad week in your neck of the woods, hope dad can do some good there. Congrats to the Quakers for their win yesterday, it was a good game. It's been raining here and this morning it was only 45 degrees when mom walked the dogs! That's quite a contrast with the high 80s it was the other day. I posted a pic of Joe's blue and gold, don't know how he got that special effect, though. Mom loves the pic. Oh, if anyone knows how to get that bird to bathe, we're open, because he's concerned. He's ready to put her and the cage out in the rain! 2 tours today, then off to do an errand or 2. The pool opens tomorrow, but with this weather, mom probably won't even go get the pass yet!
