It is with a Wing, a Tear, and a Prayer that I bring you this sad note. My Big Sissy Rosalie Hale Bopp has gone to the Rainbow Bridge today. My Daddy are so full of tears that you will have to forgive him if he has hit the wrong keys. I know there is a big tare in his heart cause by the lost of his baby girl. I did manage to bring a smile to his face during play time tonight. Please keep him and mommy in your prayers. I want to thank all of you that have been praying for us. I think you are pretty also... or do you prefer handsome? We are both North Carolinians, how great is that? I have been reading about your adventures with your flight suit. I have to say I am very interested. My mom bought me a harness the other day. But between you and me, I think she is afraid to let me try it. It's just sitting on her computer desk... waiting for her to get the danged thing on me. I feel like saying, "Come on Mom, get it together. Get that thing on me amd lets go outside." I finally tried on my flightsuit!!!
Hi everyone... I am so proud of myself! Last week I finally allowed mommy & daddy to help put my flightsuit on. We immediately went outside and i got to perch on the rail of the balcony, boy was it fun! I paced back and forth looking at the trees below and all the wonders of outside. I absolutely love my flightsuit and I will post pictures soon. Please be sure to check back for the updates!Come visit me, Sonny Bird.

Welcome Sonny!
What a lovely birdlet! I'm a real flight suit fan, and when I read that you were going to try them I just had to drop a note. When I was first rescued, I did my best to remove all flesh from any hand I saw. It took more than 8 months before I would let mommy hold me without trying to leave permanent scars. Once I trusted her to hold me she started hanging the flight suit on my playgym. I played with the suit for a few days once I realized it wouldn't bite me. For the first month, I struggled a bit when she tried to put it on me, but then I realized that the suit meant I would get to go outside. Once that clicked, I realized how nice the suits really are! Now I love them. Long story short-- if at first you don't succeed, try again-- later. :) Don't give up--just take your time. (here's a vote!)Come visit me, Sarabi.

MY NEW SPONGE BOB BLANKIE!
Wednesday April 4th was my mommy's birthday. It was such a fun day, she received a new spongebob fleece blanket and boy am I in love! I will fly from anywhere in the house to this blankie, I like to snuggle up with mommy on the couch!Come visit me, Sonny Bird.
