 I wanted a bird and I went looking for one. I like to have animals choose me which is what Horus did. The first night I went looking he was with 3 others in the same cage. 3 refused to be held, the 4th one came out for the attention. I decided that night that I was going to take him home but first I wanted my husband to see him. I came back the next night and Horus was front and center selling himself, even slid the door open as if he was going to come out. The one I held the night before chose not to come out along with the others. Horus was the one to come out after he sold himself to me without a problem. He invited me into his life by letting me pet his crest and stayed with me for about 1/2 hour. I told the sales person that I would be back the next day to get him. I came back and he was eager to go home with me. The rest is history.. |
