Cleo was brought to me by my sister. her friend had two tiels and Cleo had been attacked by the male, so they were in separate cages and in separate rooms. Cleo was in the little girls room and apparently her water dish had dust in it and her food dish was all husks. My sister told them that the bird would die and they gave her to my sister who then gave her to me. She is very hand shy but once she gets on you she's such a sweetheart..
