Let me introduse myself. My name is Ms Big Baby (BB for short) I am betrothed to Mr Sky.
I am the proprietor of the BC Kissing Booth. Maby you have heard of it. Could I intrest you or one of your flock in being in the booth for 2 weeks? Lots of birds come by to get or give hugs or kisses.
There is a movie tent,food,a petting zoo,food,race cars,food,boat rides,food,and a skey slope. OH, did I mention there is FOOD. Birds bring all kinds of good things to eat.
You get to meet lots of new friends and share fun times.

It has been awhie between visits, so sorry, but I'm here now! Well it looks like we are going to have a decent day for the first time in a week, we'll take it! I hope you have a fun weekend planned with your favorite humans, I do! My dad has been going pretty hard for him, and he needs to rest his weary old bones, which translates to more play time for us, yippee! Sequestration is upon us, what a pity, just do your job Federal Government! I am concerned about cut backs on defense spending, and base closings! We are looking forward to seeing new Queen Baby Be-Bop, I'll just bet she is a real sweetie! I hope mama Jean is doing better with her ailment! Well today is busy Monday, the day when dad prefers to do all the running of errands, and getting grocery supplies! Today Arthur Alex has a Vet appointment, for a full blood work up and stool sample inspection, and grooming on his beak and nails! I pity the Vet, Art does not like to be handled, especially by strangers! Nothing is wrong, just making sure all is well with him! Not to worry as we understand. It is best not to upset the parents if they are bothered by the camera. I can imagine that mom wants to get pics:) I bet they are so cute! Mom just saw your newest blog! wow! Congrats on the baby chicks! I bet you are a proud uncle! And four of them! I hope they all do well:) I bet mom is so happy to see that. I know what a joy that is and what a lot of work too! You must have good parents and I bet the chicks do keep them busy. Don't worry about not being able to get on too often. Wow! Six eggs! That is a lot:) Check out our videos on BC. Mom uploaded one called, Poppy lays her first egg. It is cute:) It must be hard when your mom sees other tiels like Bop. We know how that is. The grieving process can be hard to go through but you need to cry and express your feelings. Would it help mom to write a poem or put a nice pic of Bop up in the bird room? It can really be helpful when you do that or when you write stories about the things you shared together. Bop may not be in your life directly, but she will always be in your heart and in a way, she is closer and with you even more deeply than before:) I hope you find comfort and peace and have a better day:)

Yes, it is very hard to get over the loss of a dear 'tiel...especially one that you have had the pleasure of enjoying for so many years. Mom knows what that is like. sometimes it helps if you put up a picture of them (mom does that in the bird room on the wall) and she also writes a special poem about them. Joey here with a Thank you vote for the anniversary wishes and now the botd congrats! Wow! The last couple of days have been awesome! I got a nice new toy that mom made for me and a special honey treat that a friend gave me as well as my usual treats:) Mom also made a special birdie bread for me! Of course all my flock mates shared in the celebration with me. I can hardly believe I have been in my forever home for 20 years! I will be 21 in June:) Thanks for sharing my special day with me:)

Your a cutie and a Sennie, two of the best things that can happen to a bird, besides having that special person fall in love with you and take you home. I'm lucky enough to have found my now Mom, I get all the love and attention a bird deserves, I can be a little nippy at times but only when I get excited.
