Mom and Dad came in to pet store were I was at. When they walked by I started to talk to them. Saying hello. Mom stop talked to me and asked to see me. It was love at first touch and I even turned on the charm for Dad to. So they paid for me and I was on my way home with them.. |

Hello King Waddles!
How are u sweetie? Nothing happening today...thank goodness! Mom spent the whole day at sissy's house yesterday, watching a 14 month old boy. My sissy watches him but wasn't available yesterday, so the little tyke's mom asked mom to watch him coz he loves mom! Mom watched him from 10am-5pm & only sat down once when she fed him, & swears she did 5 miles chasing him around! Mom was so exhausted that after she put me to bed, she went to bed at 8:30!
Mom is feeling much better! The cortisone finally kicked in & she has some relief in her shoulders & her nose is healing nicely! She said that she can breathe better out of the right side...but she said NO WAY will she let me Roto-Rooter her left nostril!
Congrats on winning BOTD! I'm sooooo happy for u! I hope u received attention today that's fit for a king!

Hey Waddles! Did you have to take cover during the storms? We had the cats in the carrier and I was in my plexiglas travel carrier and we were heading downstairs--but then the warnings went north of us. Whew! How was it by you? Did you have to take cover? Those poor folks in OK, it brought back memories of the Joplin MO tornado two years ago. Such devastation. So, are you planning on partying this weekend? We're just gonna watch the holiday boaters on the Lake, that's always good for a few laughs. Hope you have a great holiday! Hi Waddles,
new pics are up. The first 3 are of the mama pig with her 2 piglets, then comes the mushroom with smurf & smurfette. A new kokkaburra, a new cockatiel, a citron-crested white cockatoo & a baby seal.
Mum's got good news. She's going to the market on June 1st. It was supposed to start on July 6th, but the lady had a cancellation yesterday & asked mum if she wants the spot. Mum wasn't so sure at first, b/c her friend Sandi can't come this time, but she told mum to go anyway.
That means she'll be very busy next week to get everything ready for it. She sure has a lot of stock now. Must be over 200 pals!!! Our weather is getting cooler now, but mum still swims & when she came home today, she said the water was really really warm again, wow & that at nearly winter time.
Dad's home on a holiday & i'm loving it to have both my parronts here with me. I fly from one to the other, but mainly sit with dad, after all, i have to make the most of him being on a holiday.
The disasters in your country seem never ending this year! Feel so sorry for the people who are affected.

How are u sweetie? Mom only got a few blogs out yesterday, so she's sending the same blog with some new added to it! Mom got her cortisone injections in both of her shoulders yesterday, which she gets every 3 months. She usually gets some relief almost instantly, but her right shoulder actually feels worse today! Mom also went to her granddaughter's preschool graduation last evening! I had an exciting day today! It was mom's granddaughter Olivia's last day of preschool, & I got to go! Most of Livi's classmates came running up to mom at the graduation last night, very excited that I'm coming to their class today! Mom takes me to the preschool classes there every year, & I love seeing all the kids as much as they love seeing me! The only difficult part of any excursions, is mom getting me back into my carrier!
Mom is doing good today, but her nose is very sore! Mom has been giving me belly kisses for nearly 16 yrs, without incident! It's swollen on the right side & a bit bruised, even tho the damage was done on the inside! Because my nails & toes are so long, most of the damage was 2 inches down in the nasal cavity! The ER Doc said it was a good thing mom had previously had her adenoids removed, coz my nails would have destroyed the right one! Mom has to be rechecked in 2 weeks, or immediately if she starts bleeding again! She had to be cauterized in 4 different places & has to take an antibiotic! Mom said that the scariest part of having my toes stuck up her nose, was that she was very afraid my 2 toes would end up broken...mom was very relieved that my toes are absolutely fine! Mom refers to this incident as "NoseGate 2013"!
Mom doesn't want anyone to think that the ER Nurses & Docs were being discourteous, they were not! They were picturing a tiny pet bird, like a Budgie, not a large Macaw! Mom showed them a pic of me, they weren't expecting me to be so big! When mom said "Be glad I got her loose before I came in"! That's when they started laughing!

Game tomorrow!
Don't remember if we mentioned bazbol regs other than the no flockmates on same team. So here are a few others:
Be active on BC within days. “We will not allow a Player to participate whose parront has not visited the BirdChannel in weeks or months.”
(We will be playing a Monday thru Friday schedule this Season, posting all game results at 3:00 pm ET each afternoon.) Parronts who work during the day can post prior to and after the game.
Post at least twice on the Stadium page on our game days, once before a game and once after.
Team Rosters will be checked for participation monthly. If Players do not participate as is eggspected by accepting a position on the Team, they will be replaced by a Reserve Player
You are encouraged to post on teammates pages to develop Team unity.

We got really warm and muggy all of a sudden . . . luckily the school finished installing a/c in the classrooms this spring - do you have any idea what 26 ten year olds smell like after recess ? ewwwwww

It is so tragic about the tornadoes and loss of life and property. Hard to comprehend and very, very sad. A tornado almost a mile wide is unbelievable!
