 Mama tells me that before she met me, the family sufferred a loss when their Senegal, Chickie, wandered out the front door and met her fate. Though Mama knows that we 'pet-family-mem- bers' cannot be replaced...a hole was indeed left in the family. Mama was at Arcata Pets buying more parrot food (she's ALWAYS doing that!), and even though she wasn't planning on getting another bird so soon...we both knew immediately that it was meant to be.. |

My most beloved food choice is definetly my Lorylife but I also love grapes, corn and my Mama's warm, sugary, coffee-milk!!!
 Mama took an old doll bunk bed and secured it to the top of my cage. On the lower bed she secured a mattress and then she suspended toys for me from the top bed. I love to lay on my back on the mattress and play with my hanging toys!!!
 I really hate it when my Mama, against my best wishes, disentangles me from her hair and makes me go to bed!!! Not good-times my friends!!!
 What I love most about Sammy Yo Mammy is that even though I was mad at her for a really long-time (and I don't even know why!) she never stopped loving me and bringing me treats every-day!!! I'm so glad that I decided not to be mad at her anymore because she really loves all of us so very much!!!
 Well...I have a crush, if you will, on our 14 year old terrier mix but every time I try to preen her, she runs away from me!!! Again, not good times my friends!!!.
 Trichoglossus haematodus-have hairy tongue/will stick it up your nose!!!.

Another Girl Lorikeet
Wow, I can now say I am in heaven. It seems to me that there really are girl rainbow Lorikeets around. I thought I was the only Lori, Then I met skittles on this here web page, and now you. I am a boy Lori, The only females I see are humans and cats, well, maybe some other birds as well but no lorikeets. You are as Pretty as I am.. Are we lucky or what? Come visit me and some of my other bird friends, Mom has more pics of me but they are on another computer, she will get them eventually. She also has many other birds that she is going to put on the web gut once again, when she gets around to it, she has to get their pictures from a disc she loaded, then she moved, she can't find a thing..
