 I was at a parrot rescue, and the owner loved me so much she didn't put me up for adoption, she kept me at her house. When she passed away, her daughter didn't want to put me up for adoption because I was one of the favorites, so she gave me to my mom and dad because she knew I would have a super good home. Plus my mom volunteered at the rescue once a week, and often came to my house, so I already knew her. We love to sing together.. |

Hi! My name is Lester
I am an African Grey from New Gloucester, ME.
 Buddy, Wester-wester, LesterBird.
(I call mom 'Margot' even though that's not her name.)

Peanut butter toast, eggs, and chicken.
 On Daddy, and on the bay windowsill, and on my special play gym.
 I don't like women much. I don't trust them, and they better not put their fingers in my cage. I love to talk to them, and sing and whistle, but just don't touch me.
 I have a great home. I eat supper with my mom and dad every night on a special perch they bought just for me. I'm learning how to step up, and once in a while, even give flying a try. Every nice day my cage gets wheeled outside, and I can sing and whistle and chirp to the whole neighborhood.
 I have a rope toy, and I make two beeps every time I go by it. I make two beeps, and tap it, then keep going. Every time..
 I'm the smart one..

How are you??? I am doing ok. Long time no see hope you are doing good. Its been nice out and my mommy has been keeping her window open I love to hear the birds sing and now I can watch them. Mommy has been feeding them she like how they make me feel happy. I don't have to look out a boring window hmmmmmmmmm the more I think of it its not a boring window with the birds rabbits and squirrels and my sister cat Mistery going nuts trying to get them. She gotten better she knows she can't get them so she watches them with me. TTFN

Oh I love football. Mom, dad and I are big Pittsburgh Steelers fans! I love to whoop and holler during games, and I will yell, Go Steelers! I actually sit and watch the tv and sometimes I get some popcorn during the game! It is so much fun! Do you like football? Here is a vote for you!
