WOW! When the meteorologists called for a blizzard in the Northeast, they weren't kidding! About 2 1/2 feet of snow has fallen, but it seems like so much more with the wind we've had. There are 5 foot snow drifts in some places. It's crazy. Mother spent the morning shoveling, and will be out there again later. We're expected to get about four more inches. Whew! Good morning, Elvis!
Wow, what a shocker! Thank you so much for my BOTD & for the congratulations. Was my BOTD planned? When the Royal Guards came to pick me up at my house at midnight on the 23rd, I thought I was in trouble! You can imagine my surprise when they congratulated me on being king. Sheesh!
The weather here keeps getting colder and colder, it's dropping below zero at night and sometimes during the day. It's nice and cozy in the house though, thanks to the wood stove!

It's finally Saturday
Our New Years is good so far santa was good to us to we got toys and treats. It's been in the cold one day and warm the next here wish it would snow. This weather needs too know what season we are in and it winter were the snowwwww. Yes we usually get lots of snow in the winter but not so much the last few years. .Mom gave our cages there weekly shower and moved our toys around grrrrrrrr. Later we will get our weekly showers I just love the shower it's so fun to splash water every were. The family going out to eat later so we will make a mess then blame the dogs tee hee. What have you been doing this weekend ? We just been playing mom got 3 day weekend from work yipeeeeeeee. Here a vote for you. How is the New Year for you. It started out pretty good then mom got the flu on we'd. She been sick for the last 5 days. She doing better but very tired. She going to try and go back to work on Monday.
Was Santa good to you all. He was good to us. All our snow melted we had few days in the 50's bit now back to being in the 20's and cold. We been playing hanging with dad and brothers since mom been sick. Everyone in the family loves us and they all take care of us and spend time with us. Guess you can say they work for us to make sure we are happy. .

Hope you are well and that you had a great Thanksgiving! My typist has been awfully busy and blogging really fell by the wayside. I am doing great, though. Birdie Camp was fun and we're back home again. Butterball and I have 6 eggs! So far I'm the only one looking after them so there's no telling if any of them will hatch. I can't believe I have such a ditzy wife who won't even sit on her own eggs.

I am sorry it's been so long! Since school started, the Woman has had no time to tend to all of our blogging. I (and several of the other birds in my flock) have not blogged in nearly a month! I am well, though, and ruling my roost as usual. Next week on the 17th, we're going to Birdie Camp because the humans are going to Florida on vacation. They can't wait, and neither can I because Birdie Camp is more fun than Disney World!
