Hi Meika Loud we are not we like to talk alot thats all LOL. I live in a apt and no one ever complain I was too loud. I do have my talkitive time. But my mommy neighbors always thought another person was in the apt never knew it was me till they saw me. Stop on bye when you can. Here is a vote for you.
