October 22, 2010 ~ I would never have believed that the endeavor to have My Darling Rosalie be voted BirdChannel’s Bird of the Day on the 3rd Anniversary of Her Journey to The Rainbow Bridge would have accomplished for her mom … Me … what it has. I have known since the first day I registered Rose on the BirdChannel that this is a very special place. And, once again, this community has demonstrated just what it is that makes it so very special.
Thank you all so very much for honoring My Baby Girl with this Award. As I read your kind, sweet words on her page throughout the day yesterday, I could hear Rose’s voice in my ear … already responding to each note in her inimitable way.
Today is a day to celebrate … what we have; what we’ve had; and what is possible. Returning to what this has all accomplished for me, I’ve discovered that I no longer have to miss My Rose B’Doze. She is with me once again.
Thank you all for this most precious gift.

 Not being able to see my mom 100% of the time.
 She never walks by me without giving me some lovin'; she finds the best toys!; she takes me with her every chance she gets--yard-sali- ng, shopping, to [her] doctors' visits, and even to church! (on weekdays).
 I clamp my beak on one of Mom's fingers when she has to scrub something off the floor so I can "help" her clean it..

Hi Angel Rosalie ~
What a beautiful and sweet angel you are! I have to tell you something. My mom was going to try and start letting me visit all of Bindi's visitors yesterday afternoon. Needless to say we didn't get too far...in fact, we didn't do any visits. You were the first to respond to Bindi's passing, and mom started reading....and the tears started flowing. That was so sweet of you to get Skittles to escort Bindi to the Rainbow Bridge. And to reassure Bindi that millet was on the menu. She sure loves millet! I use to hear her crunch on that stuff from my cage. (Boy....here the tears come again.) Anyway, mom and I both want to thank you for your kind words & prayers during & after Bindi's illness. It means a lot to both of us as well as the friendship we have with you, your flock, and your family. (Not sure if you know or realize, but your mom's an Angel here on earth...that's right!) Bindi was one special little bird who literally flew to mom's hand and into our heart ♥

It's me MeMorgan!! I have not been here in a very long time but I was in the neighborhood and thought I would stop by. I know your working real hard there at the Bridge watching over all of us. Will ya do me a favor and peek in on the rest of my flock at their new homes and make sure they are all doin ok? Mom has been thinking about them a lot and I don't know what to do to make her feel any better. I hope your doing ok there too. I know your mom misses you a whole bunch and she sure does have her hands full with all your brothers and sisters now. I guess it's a good thing, keep her busy so she doesn't dwell. Well sweet girl I have to go. Mom is going out in a few and she says it's time to go. I love you and will always carry you in my heart.
