 It was my birthday, got him with Murzy and another green budgie that died, he is the best of the best, a really smart budgie! Hes got to trust me through time but he doesnt really likes to be handled, maybe with a little more time he will! I love this little fella:). |

Tessa the Tease
We have a new Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy in the home. She is Babette's sister. Babette is 2 1/2 years old. We got Theadora at 10 weeks and she is 5 months old now and gets along well with everyone in the family.
Tessa loves to 'get in the face' of the dogs and loves to attract their attention. Theadora (Teddie) just started to notice all the birds and she was watching Tessa in her cage with keen interest. Tessa saw this, so started acting up, banging her toys and flapping her wings and yelling so of course Teddie started to come closer to the cage. Closer, closer... and when Teddie's nose was right against the cage, Tessa sprang into action and beaked Teddie right on the nose!! Poor Teddie. She jumped back 5 feet. More scared than hurt. That's how Tessa put all the dogs in their place (we have 3: Sage is 15: a lab mix). Tessa is certainly the boss of the house, that is for sure.
