 On March 31, 2011, the Standard Examiner ran a 2 page color spread of animals that needed homes. I went to the website and found out how to adopt, became a member of the Wasatch Avian Education Society and Paisley was adopted for me by my dear, dear friends Linda Abbott and Evaline Brandstatter and given to me as an early birthday present. His foster-mommy, Audrey Hollaar, was sad to see him go and we both shed a few tears but he is happy and now owns a pitbull named Maggie, a Bassett Hound named Freckles, a Deaf DSH cat named Beethoven and a sassy Flamepoint Persian named Booger. He is as happy as he could ever be and has his own TV, DVD player and iPod stereo system.. |

Nutriberries (all flavors), pistachio nuts (unsalted of course), cheerios, kix or trix cereal, watermelon, canteloupe, and honeydew melon cut fresh daily.
 Variegated spider plant that he has all but squashed looking out the window, top of cage
 Fingers (especially my owner's and anyone else who is stupid enough to give me the opportunity), eyeglasses, rings, bracelets, and all things shiny
 She spoils me and loves me even though I am part vampire some of the time!
 Sings and dances (bap-bap-bap) to his own song, says "hello" and "wake up", "ouch! F@#*ker", asks for yogurt (he used to like Yoplait Thick n Creamy but now he's hooked on Greek-style yogurt) for breakfast incessantly, eats whipped cream and ice cream (all natural, vanilla of course)from an iced tea spoon, asks for licorice (strawberry Twizzlers cut into small pieces)before you cover him for bed..
 "We don't eat family".
