 The loss of our beloved Green Cheek Conure Boo Boo. The whole family was upset about losing her and Jewels was very upset and sad. We needed to get another Greek Cheek as soon as possible. There were none available locally for an adoption and tried to get one through the Parrot Connection but could not wait until January to bring a new bird home. Anyway, Dad found me at a local pet store. There were four (3 cinnamons and one yellow-sided GCC). Mom picked me because I reminded her of Boo Boo and I looked very lonely and shy. They had me in this enclosure all by myself and I was so lonely. Mom saved me. It was so wonderful to come to this nice home. I love it here.. |

 His cage, Mom and Dad, Shower, in his night cage.
 Vacuum Cleaner
 They give me good food, I get to shower whenever I want and I have toys that I can play with.
 Every time he sees a bird (on the phone or Jewels) he makes himself very tall and spooky. Little does he realize that Jewels is larger than him..
 Let's play and bathe!.

I run a page on BC you might be interested in. It is the Kissing Booth. Some of the birds you know hang out there. There is always some wackie things going on there. It dependes on what bird is in the booth. Would you like to be in the Kissing booth sometime? It is for 2 weeks at a time and we have fun there.

I hope you all had a wonderful time yesterday at the castle with me when I won botd . It sure was lots of fun. Mom treated me like a queen too and gave me a big paper bag to play in and cuddled with me while I was in the cage cover. King Pepper's Acceptance Speech!
Feathered friends, well-wishers & loyal voters, I thank you!
I took this long-awaited opportunity to impress upon my staff the necessity of allowing me free access to the peanut bag. Would they dare deny a king?
I also rung in my reign on my special bell, not only because I am the only one who can do it properly but because no one had better touch it or else!
I continued to do so vigorously throughout the day just in case those in my domain should forget the occasion or have the presumption to pay attention to anything else!
While I should have liked to use my exalted position to further my designs upon that other bird's (Poirot) possessions & territory, so far my attempts have a flop (literally) I will have to wait till my wings are able to further my purpose. Next time he'd better watch out...
