She came to my attention again via the Alaska Bird Club. She was in urgen need of immediate rehoming. I'd made the decision earlier this year to adopt another conure, preferably a Greencheek or Blue-Crown, but thought I'd actively seek one out rather than have the opportunity arise like it did. Her previous caretaker had her since she was a baby- thirteen years! It's very obvious that Rico receive a great deal of love and attention throughout those years, so she's had no behavioral issues like our other two birds.. |
