 After hurricane Ivan hit he was found by a nice gentleman who saw him loose and ownerless. The man relized that he could not take care of Noel like he should so she was given to a nice family that although took very good care of her could not give her enough attention so Noel was given to a new home [that's me] were he can be loved on and be well taken care of.. |
