Oliver was found injured in the backyard unable to fly. He was rescued from becoming eaten by a cat and taken to a wildlife rehabilitation center. He is actually a pine warbler.
UPDATE 12/27/2011
Earlier this morning, Oliver was released back into the wild after almost a week in rehabilitation. He had a severe concussion, but is doing well now..
