I had been wanting a conure. Lately the conure itch had been even worse. I went to the store and was completely in love with a baby Sun Conure there. He was as sweet as could be. He'd play through the bars and let me tickle his stomach. This is after I fell in love with a sweet Maroon Belly Conure who was sold the week earlier. I went away that day crying, knowing I couldn't afford the sweet baby. When I got home I typed in "conures" in the classifieds like I have been doing everyday, and the price was lowered on one of the conures up for adoption, enough we could buy him! My husband went to meet him, fell in love immediately, and picked him up. He's such a sweet little guy! We're so lucky!. |
