 I went to Parrots of the World and I saw this plump and blue budgie. I asked one of the people that worked there to hold him. As soon as I craddled him in my arms I knew he was mine.. |

 She always cuddles with me and gives me yummy treats. I love my owner.
 He puffs up when he is near water & before he eats he talks to his food.
