I was surrendered to a parrot shelter in early 2012. One day mom came in and kept hanging out by my cage, and so I would let her scratch my head through the bars. She spent a lot of time with me, but I heard them saying they were't sure they should let me go home with her because she had never owned a parrot before. Since they could see how much she enjoyed hanging out with me, they decided to let me go home with her and I'm so glad they did!.

Active within 278 Days Hi! My name is Carly I am a Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo from Cleveland, OH. Overgrown Budgie, Lil' Chicken, and Kazoo 15 years old F Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo Anything mom and dad are eating! Anywhere dad is... preferrably on his arm When the dogs try to sniff me - they are scarey and wild!! I get constant out-of-cage time and all the love in the world. I hit the jackpot! And mom builds me the coolest playstands (especially the awesome outdoor one on the patio)! . "GIVE ME whatever that is you are eating!!!".
