 I started out with parakeets (still have 2) and I visited a pet store that had lots of different birds that had several interesting personalities and it just sparked an idea in my head to add to my flock. So my mom and I began to look and we found a conure breeder on Craigslist. We gave her a call and she had several babies to choose from and I chose a Black Capped Conure. My step-dad had hand feeding experience, so we got Mickey when he was 2 weeks old and raised him. He's such a blessing.. |

SEEDS, he absolutely loves seeds! He also likes grapes, apples, bananas, and millet spray.
 Inside his cage on his favorite rope perch, on top of his cage during flight time, on somebody's shoulder or hand.
 He doesn't really like strangers petting him.
 He loves to bathe in his water dish instead of his bathtub..
